Why are the shirts so expensive?
The price is determined by the complexity of the pattern. The more the lines crisscross and overlap, the more the shirt costs. Some of our most intricate designs can cost upwards of $1,000.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. However, due to high demand at our shops at The Shops at the Creek, processing times may vary during peak pattern-drop seasons.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the garment is unworn and the pattern remains intact. Please note that all sales from our 'Bargain Bin' are final.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Dan Flashes ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the delivery of their complicated shirts.
How should I care for my shirt?
To preserve the integrity of the complex patterns, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Do not machine wash, as this may cause the lines to overlap in ways that were not intended by the designer.
Can I use my per diem to buy shirts?
While we do not have a formal policy against using your per diem, we recommend ensuring you have enough left over for food. Our patterns are distracting, but nutrition is important.
